Expert HCM Technical Strategist

Job OpportunityWe are seeking an Oracle HCM Technical Lead to spearhead the development and technical strategy for Oracle HCM Cloud. The successful candidate will design and execute integrations using OIC or equivalent middleware, craft fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIs.Responsibilities:Drive development and technical strategy for Oracle HCM CloudCreate and maintain integrations using OIC or equivalent middlewareDevelop complex calculations, business intelligence reports, application extensions, and web servicesReview code to ensure best practices and high-quality standards across the delivery teamCollaborate with functional consultants to translate requirements into effective solutionsAnalyze issues and resolve them efficientlyOversee deployments, testing cycles, and production supportMentor junior developers to enhance their skills and expertiseRequirements:6 to 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical developmentStrong proficiency in OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Reports, and HDLExperience across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or ORC is a significant advantageSolid understanding of web services and API architectureAble to lead discussions and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholdersPrior experience guiding technical teams through large-scale implementationsCertification is a bonus; practical skills are highly valuedAbout the Role:This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive success in Oracle HCM CloudYou will have the chance to work on challenging projects, develop new skills, and grow professionallyThe ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment
