The Third Party Risk Management team plays a crucial role in leading the Group-wide strategic development and implementation of a robust Third-Party Risk Management Framework.Key Responsibilities:Design and deploy an enterprise-wide TPRM framework, encompassing an outsourcing governance structure.Maintain and enhance the ongoing TPRM program, which involves assessing and mitigating the risk associated with new and existing third-party suppliers.Ensure that risks related to third-party relationships are thoroughly identified, assessed, monitored, and controlled.Develop comprehensive reports for business areas and senior management regarding third-party risks.Identify and escalate critical items of concern related to third-parties, including concentration risk and fourth-party risk exposures.Operating Environment & FrameworkThis position requires regular interaction and collaboration with various stakeholders, including:Head of TPRM.Heads of Segments, Divisions, Countries, Subsidiaries, and Affiliates.Senior Management of outsourced service providers.Problem SolvingInfluence and challenge Business Units for effective third-party risk management practices.Absorb emerging best practices in the field of third-party risk management.Pursue multi-dimensional assessments of operational risk data.
