As a key member of our Cyber: Identity Team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients to deliver exceptional results:You will be part of the development and configuration of identity solutions to meet client requirements.Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using industry-leading technology.Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials.Stay updated with the latest industry features and best practices.Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.2+ years of experience working in Identity Domain with minimum 2 years of experience in leading-edge identity platforms.Strong understanding of identity management principles.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.Experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Industry certification(s) preferred.
