About Insights & Advisory (IA)
Our Insights and Advisory team play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations. By analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data, our team helps decision-makers make informed choices that can positively impact their organization's performance and bottom line. We work across diverse industries and sectors like Technology, Industrials, Energy, Chemicals, Life Sciences and Logistics, including market research, strategy, sales and marketing, R&D, and more.
Job Description
Demand Generation: Drive the translation of marketing campaigns into nurtured leads, ensuring that prospects receive personalized and timely communication aligned with their buying journey.
Launch Targeted Outbound Campaigns: Develop and execute highly personalized outbound campaigns, encompassing tailored emails, strategic phone calls, LinkedIn InMail, and other engagement channels. These efforts aim to showcase Evalueserve's meticulous approach, deep industry understanding, an commitment to meeting client needs.
Facilitate Sales Pipeline Growth: Identify and qualify prospects, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified meetings and deals for Client/Account Executives to pursue.
Effective Inbound Lead Management: Manage inbound leads resulting from marketing initiatives systematically. Qualify and categorize leads, promptly escalating those that require immediate attention.
Champion Evalueserve's Value Proposition: Thoroughly comprehend and advocate the value proposition of Evalueserve's services. Apply this knowledge to cross-sell and upsell relevant solutions, aligning them with each prospect or client's specific requirements.
Collaborative Team Player: Thrive in an independent but collaborative team environment, actively engaging with colleagues to share experiences and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Proficiency in CRM Software: Demonstrate proficiency in consistently and effectively utilizing CRM tools, ensuring accurate lead tracking, detailed records, and seamless lead management.
Support Event Planning and Campaigns: Contribute to the planning and execution of conferences and coordinate marketing and sales campaigns to bolster Evalueserve's market presence.
Mandatory Skill Set Required:
Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience: Ideally, 1-3 years of business development, marketing, or client service experience in any of industries (automotive, manufacturing or life sciences).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. • Strong sales aptitude and a curiosity to understand and build solutions.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different sales and marketing techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office, showcasing excellent computer skills.
Tech Savviness: Knowledge of HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook is a plus, demonstrating adaptability to technology.

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred.
