Growth Marketing StrategistWe are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth across all marketing channels.You will own the full marketing stack for brands on Amazon, including paid ads, listing conversion, promotional campaigns, and performance analytics.Key responsibilities include:Running paid ad campaigns and identifying opportunities for automation versus human judgmentAnalyzing performance data to inform spend decisions and documenting decision logic that could train AI agentsOptimizing listings for conversion and building rubrics for AI-driven optimization at scaleLaunching products and promotions, and creating repeatable playbooks from each launchMonitoring competitors and market trends, and flagging patterns worth automating into alerts or dashboardsHandling client communication and identifying updates that could be templated or auto-generatedAs a founding member of our growth marketing team, you will also document your workflows and identify areas for automation. Your daily work will have a direct impact on our product roadmap, shaping the future of our company.This is a hands-on growth marketing role with direct results for our clients, as well as a unique opportunity to build the playbook for scale.The ideal candidate will have experience in growth marketing, with a strong understanding of Amazon marketing channels and strategies. You will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently, but also enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.
