High-Level Leadership RoleThis is a pivotal leadership position that will drive transformation, leading the shift to AI-based solutions.Enterprise Strategy & Design:Shape operating models, role archetypes, and governance for large-scale operations.Define and execute an operational roadmap to transition employees from traditional to AI-driven roles.Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver commercial value propositions for clients and track efficiency metrics.Translate operational outcomes into client-focused metrics dashboards.Delivery Readiness & Success:Lead readiness initiatives to re-architect skills, responsibilities, and workflows.Drive delivery efficiency and business outcomes in designated accounts.Partner with senior leaders to integrate AI-driven solutions into delivery frameworks, ensuring seamless adoption.Institutionalize quality assurance and governance frameworks like Delivery Quality Index (DQI) for Digital Operations.Ensure consistent client experience and value realization across hybrid models.Establish performance scorecards and track efficiency metrics.Govern adoption through clear checkpoints, risk controls, and senior leadership reporting.Change Leadership:Lead change management functions to drive mindset shifts and culture transformations.Collaborate with global delivery center leads to integrate AI-driven solutions into scaled delivery hubs.Lead the adoption of AI-first ways of working.Customer Experience & Value:Oversee customer experience functions and ensure adoption drives measurable value for clients.Track and report outcomes across delivery excellence, efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.Ensure compliance on Delivery Quality Index (DQI) across AI-driven accounts.Establish best practices and playbooks for continuous improvement.Partner with vertical leaders on transition planning, stable delivery, and AI adoption KPIs.Responsible & Sustainable AO:Partner with responsible AI leaders to embed ethics and observability into operations.Ensure scalable, resilient, and future-ready AI practices aligned with regulatory standards.Talent & Capability Build:Build global AI talent strategies with new role archetypes (e.g., AI Trainer, Workflow Designer).Develop career pathways, certifications, and rotation models to ensure workforce readiness.Risk & Compliance Leadership:Anticipate and manage risks associated with AI adoption, client challenges, and workforce displacement issues.Establish proactive risk mitigation frameworks in collaboration with responsible AI and legal teams.Thought Leadership & Influence:Represent the organization externally at client forums and partnerships, influencing across C-Suite, clients, and large-scale teams.Key qualifications include extensive experience in large-scale operations leadership, proven track record of leading operating model transformations, strong understanding of AI/Automation, hybrid workforce models, digital operations, organizational design, change management, customer success, and global leadership experience with multi-country delivery models.
