We are seeking an experienced project leader to oversee complex technology and change initiatives within our financial services portfolio.This role requires a proactive and structured individual with strong stakeholder management skills, a solid understanding of banking operations, and a track record of managing large-scale technology projects.Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects within the banking and financial services domain.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking to ensure cost-effective delivery.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and progress reports.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership:• Plan, execute, and deliver technology projects across the financial services domain.• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with business goals and regulatory requirements.Stakeholder Management:• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, team members, and external partners.• Foster open communication, transparency, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Project Budgeting and Financial Management:• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking to ensure cost-effective delivery.• Analyze and address any budget or resource constraints that may impact project success.Project Planning and Risk Management:• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and progress reports.• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact project timelines or budgets.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:• A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science, engineering).• 5+ years of experience in project leadership, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.• Experience with budgeting and financial management, with the ability to analyze and address budget or resource constraints.• Familiarity with risk management principles and practices, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
