Job Description: InterSystems DeveloperPosition Overview: We are seeking an experienced InterSystems Admin/Developer with astrong background in administering and developing on InterSystems HealthShare and HealthConnect platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in InterSystems technologies,including Cache, ObjectScript, HL7, FHIR, and SDA3, as well as experience in Health ConnectCloud administration. Additionally, experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab branching strategies,and cloud administration is essential.Key Responsibilities:• InterSystems Development: Design, develop, and maintain solutions usingInterSystems Cache and ObjectScript for healthcare integration projects.• Healthcare Data Integration: Work with HL7, FHIR, and SDA3 standards to develophealthcare data exchange solutions, ensuring seamless data interoperability acrosssystems.• Health Connect Cloud Administration: Administer and manage InterSystems HealthConnect Cloud environments, including setup, configuration, performance tuning, andtroubleshooting.• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Develop and maintainCI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment using GitLab andrelated tools.• Source Control and Branching Strategies: Manage source code repositories inGitLab, implement branching strategies, and ensure smooth collaboration acrossdevelopment teams.• System Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshootissues, and ensure high availability of the Health Connect Cloud environment.• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including healthcare businessanalysts, IT operations, and other developers, to ensure effective integration solutions.• Documentation and Compliance: Develop and maintain technical documentation andensure compliance with healthcare data security regulations.Required Skills and Experience:• InterSystems Cache: Advanced experience with Cache database administration anddevelopment.• ObjectScript: Proficiency in ObjectScript programming for healthcare integrationworkflows.• HL7 and FHIR: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with HL7 v2/v3 and FHIRstandards for healthcare data exchange.• SDA3: Knowledge and experience working with the SDA3 (Summary DocumentArchitecture) standard.• Health Connect Cloud: Hands-on experience in administering and managing HealthConnect Cloud environments.• CI/CD Pipelines: Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, particularly withGitLab, for automated deployment processes.• Source Control: Strong understanding of Git-based source control, branching, andrelease management strategies using GitLab.• Healthcare Integration: Familiarity with healthcare messaging protocols and the overallhealthcare integration ecosystem.• System Administration: Experience with cloud-based system administration tasksincluding monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in a healthcareenvironment.Preferred Qualifications:• Certification in InterSystems Health Connect or Cache is a plus.• Experience in healthcare IT, particularly in integration and data exchange.• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
