Accounting professionals with 7+ years of experience in US accounting are required to lead and manage a team of associates and senior associates.Key responsibilities include:Finalization of client accountsPreparation of financial statements, including quarterly reviews and year-end closing entriesPayroll compliance and tax return filingOnboarding new clients and guiding team membersParticipating in training sessions and certification programs for software proficiencyReviewing workflow and maintaining monitoring systemsManaging team performance and identifying technical issuesQualifications include:CA or CPA certificationConversant in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly motivated and self-driven individuals with problem-solving skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and project management skillsExperience using cloud accounting solutions (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)Minimum 3 years of experience managing teamsResponsibilities also include direct client coordination, exposure to US GAAP rules, and excellent client service skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
