Position Overview: The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share for DACS Smart TVs within a designated geographic area. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the consumer electronics landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned area.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners to promote the DACS Smart TV brand.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement.
- Sales Execution: Lead and execute sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product launches to maximize visibility and sales performance.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective targets while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Reporting: Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports to provide insights on performance, opportunities, and challenges to senior management.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to retail partners and team members on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology sector.

- Strong knowledge of the smart TV market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
