We're investing in our India office to strengthen how our teams execute, collaborate, and scale demand generation programs globally.As the Director / Head of the Demand Center of Excellence (COE), you will build and lead a team that enhances marketing execution, operational efficiency, and innovation in partnership with global demand generation leaders. You'll help connect strategy to execution, ensuring consistent, measurable impact across markets and programs. This role reports to the VP, Global Demand Generation. You Will:Lead and grow the India-based Demand COE team supporting global demand generation programsPartner closely with global Campaign Strategy, Field Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, high-quality executionStrengthen collaboration, communication, and operational alignment across regions and functionsEstablish workflows and performance standards that enable consistency, speed, and continuous improvementFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth within the COERepresent the India COE as a trusted partner within Smartsheet's global marketing organizationPerform other duties as assignedYou Have:12+ years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation, including 5+ years leading multi-channel or global teamsProven experience across key demand functions, including Paid Media, ABM, SEO/AEO, Email, Webinars, Events, and Direct MailDemonstrated success building or leading shared service or center of excellence modelsStrong understanding of operational best practices, process optimization, and marketing automationExperience with marketing and ABM technologies such as 6sense, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Marketo, and SalesforceExcellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and align global teamsLegally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basisFluency in English is required Get to Know Us:At Smartsheet, your ideas are heard, your potential is supported, and your contributions have real impact.
