E-Commerce Data Insights AnalystThe Opportunity:As a pivotal member of our team, you'll drive business growth by providing actionable insights derived from data analysis. You're passionate about extracting valuable information from complex data sets and thrive in an environment where your contributions directly impact strategic objectives.This role combines strategic thinking, project management, and advanced analytics/reporting. You will spearhead key projects (such as Zoho CRM and Campaign) and collaborate on emerging technologies like Fin AI while actively participating in our company's AI initiatives.Essential Responsibilities:Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all e-commerce systems. Document the flow of transactional and master data between systems to establish a single source of truth for data and identify discrepancies.Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (e.g., web analytics, sales data, customer behavior) to generate actionable recommendations.Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs for e-commerce activities, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, average order value, and more.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with e-commerce, marketing, and product teams to align data insights with business objectives and drive cross-functional projects.Qualifications & Expertise:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis within e-commerce.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, Tableau, and data architecture.Strong Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable strategies.
