As a fast-growing D2C e-commerce brand, we blend trend-forward designs with a deep understanding of what today’s shoppers truly want: style, quality, and convenience.Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts & Finance professional with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in a D2C e-commerce environment . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, preparing and analyzing MIS reports, and ensuring data accuracy for financial planning and decision-making.Key Responsibilities:●    Handle end-to-end accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries.●    Manage GST filings, TDS, income tax compliance, and coordinate with auditors and consultants.●    Prepare, maintain, and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports to support strategic decisions.●    Track and report P&L, cash flow, inventory, and other key financial metrics on a regular basis.●    Collaborate with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams for budgeting and forecasting.●    Work on cost optimization strategies and identify areas for financial efficiency.●    Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.●    Provide actionable insights from financial and operational data for business growth.Requirements:●    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance is a plus).●     3-4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, specifically with a D2C e-commerce brand in the fashion/lifestyle sector.●    Strong knowledge of MIS preparation, financial analysis, and data reporting.●    Proficiency in Excel and accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar●    Excellent understanding of e-commerce metrics, payment gateways, inventory accounting, and online reconciliations.●    Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.●    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.Perks of working with us:• Be part of a rapidly growing D2C brand• Core team exposure where your ideas genuinely matter• A fun and flexible work culture• Creative freedom and ownership• Fast career growth as the brand continues to scale• Opportunity to work in a lifestyle and fashion-first environment• Exclusive employee discounts on Mini Wesst products
