This is a full-time, office-based role with no fieldwork involved. Key Responsibilities:- • Handle outbound calls to prospective customers. • Connect with leads who have expressed interest in our products. • Clearly explain product features & benefits to customers. • Effectively pitch policies and convert leads into successful sales. • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Desired Candidate Profile - Fresher with good communication skills. Experience:- • Minimum 6 months of experience in tele-sales /insurance sales / BPO sales (preferably in health insurance background ). Skills:- • Strong communication and convincing abilities. • Confident in presenting insurance products and closing deals over the phone. • Energetic, sharp, and customer-oriented.
