The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining all project documentation while ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.Establish and maintain a comprehensive document control system for all project-related documentsReceive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents in a timely mannerEnsure all documents are properly filed, stored, and easily retrievableMaintain and update document registers, databases, and archivesImplement and monitor document control procedures and workflowsCollaborate with project teams to ensure proper document version control and revision managementConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control proceduresTrain and support team members on document control processes and systemsAssist in the implementation and maintenance of electronic document management systemsStay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in document controlPrepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other project-related materials as needed QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field8+ years of experience in document control or similar role, preferably in construction, engineering, or related industriesProficiency in EDMS systems (e.g., UNIFER) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong knowledge of document control processes, best practices, and industry standardsExcellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with database management and data entryFamiliarity with filing and archiving systems, including cloud-based document management solutionsDocument Control certification (e.g., IDCA) preferredKnowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards, including local document control regulations in IndiaDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamAdaptability to new technologies and document management systems
