You will lead school-level marketing initiatives, build strong relationships with principals, counselors, and decision-makers, and ensure successful enrollment conversions through strategic engagement and events.You will also work alongside European leadership trainers in facilitating workshops for students, supporting the delivery of international-standard leadership training experiences.📋 Key ResponsibilitiesSchool Outreach & PartnershipsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with schools, principals, counselors, and educational stakeholders.Pitch Aeloria’s programs through structured meetings and presentations.Negotiate and secure long-term partnerships with schools.Marketing & Brand RepresentationDeliver impactful presentations, product demos, and seminars to students, parents, and educators.Represent Aeloria at education fairs, events, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.Ensure professional, consistent representation of Aeloria’s brand across all interactions.Lead Generation & ConversionIdentify, pursue, and nurture leads from school visits and events.Manage and update CRM with visit logs, follow-ups, and pipeline status.Work closely with the Business Strategist to drive enrollment growth and meet conversion targets.Event Coordination & Campaign ExecutionPlan and execute school-level campaigns, workshops, and info sessions.Coordinate logistics, materials, and team members for smooth execution of outreach activities.Collect feedback, analyze outcomes, and provide recommendations to improve future campaigns.Workshop Facilitation SupportAssist European leadership trainers in conducting student workshops.Support facilitation by managing logistics, student engagement, and coordination.Ensure workshops are dynamic, experiential, and impactful for students.Reporting & InsightsTrack outreach performance, enrollment funnel, and ROI of campaigns.Share weekly reports and insights to optimize outreach strategy.🧑‍💻 What You’ll BringEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or educational outreach (EdTech/education sector experience is a plus).Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and presentation skills in English (Malayalam proficiency preferred).Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.Comfortable with frequent field travel in Kozhikode, Kannur and Malappuram Districts.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Email), CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.Personal AttributesProfessional presence, persuasive, and resilient.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for education, leadership development, and student growth.💰 Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, aligned with experience and performance.Incentives: Attractive performance-based bonuses (enrollment-based and milestone-based).Reimbursements: Local travel and phone usage.Professional Development: Structured onboarding, mentoring, and opportunities to grow into Senior Marketing or Business Development roles.⏰ Schedule & Work NatureFull-time role; Monday–Friday (day shift).Field-intensive with frequent school visits.Occasional Saturdays for school events and education fairs.
