This role involves developing and executing e-commerce strategies, optimizing the online customer experience, managing promotional campaigns, and leveraging analytics to drive growth and profitability. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for digital innovation, customer experience, and performance optimization.Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & MarketingDevelop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and affiliate channels.Drive traffic, engagement, and conversions through data-driven campaigns and continuous performance optimization.2. Platform & User Experience ManagementOversee the e-commerce platform's design, functionality, and performance to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and optimized customer journey.3. Data Analysis & Performance OptimizationMonitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.Identify opportunities for growth, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions based on data insights.4. Sales & MerchandisingManage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfilment.5. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, IT, product, and customer service teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals.Ensure brand consistency and a unified customer experience across all digital touchpoints.6.
