We are a global leader in the technology arena and there’s nothing that can stop us from growing together.What we are looking forRole: ServiceNow developer Experience Range: 4 – 8 YearsLocation: Pune,chennai,Bangalore, HyderbadMust Have:Good competency in Configuring and customize on multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery & Governance Risk Compliance) of ServiceNow depending on the business Requirement.Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI Actions and Client Scripts to automate complex business processes.Experience on Catalog Development and Flow Designer creation.Must Possess hands on experience on integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.Expertise on Incident Management - Incident Resolution and Escalation Process, SLA ManagementProblem Management - Root Cause Analysis Problem Resolution and WorkaroundsChange Management – Risk Assessment and Impact Analysis, Change Planning and Scheduling to Change Implementation expertise on the Change management Lifecycle.Strong Understanding on Knowledge Management.Must have a Hands-on experience with Java Script and ServiceNow Scripting LanguageGood to Have:Good communication and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills get along well with others.Strong analytical & problem-solving skillsAble to multi-task, can manage and prioritize several projects to meet deadlines.Essential:Integrations: Hands on experience with APIs – REST, SOAP, Scripted REST API, MID Server Integration, and expertise on using Integration Hub.ITOM Implementation and ConfigurationDiscovery Configuration: Manage and Maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database).Expert in Service Mapping who can understand the relationships between applications, servers, and infrastructure components.Experience on Cloud Discovery such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.Event Management to integrate with monitoring tools for real-time monitoring.Orchestration workflows to automate routine tasks.Expertise on Performance Analytics – KPIs, Indicator Creation Scorecards and Widgets.Minimum Qualification: •15 years of full-time education•Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
