Job Description – ServiceNow Developer / Consultant Experience: (5–10 Years) Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) modules and hands-on skills in customization, scripting, and integrations. The role requires strong technical proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including workflows, automation, APIs, and Service Portal customization. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Work extensively across ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management. Develop and modify Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies. Create and support REST integrations and develop custom APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. Customize and enhance the Service Portal to improve user experience and service delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices for maintainability, scalability, and performance. Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving platform-related issues. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and releases. Required Skills & Qualifications : Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management. Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting components: Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies. Experience with REST integrations and developing custom APIs within ServiceNow. Hands-on expertise in Service Portal customization and development. Knowledge of ServiceNow data structures, ACLs, and security best practices. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred: ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM.
