Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager at VehicleCare in Gurugram. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for franchise sales, business planning, franchising, lead generation, and training activities to expand the company's reach and drive business growth.


Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18.

Salary Up to - 7.5 LPA


Key Responsibilities:


  • Franchise Recruitment and Expansion:
  • Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners in assigned regions.
  • Develop a franchise recruitment strategy and implement a pipeline of qualified clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify areas for expansion and growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective franchisees.
  • Franchise Onboarding and Training:
  • Coordinate the franchisee onboarding process, including contract negotiations, and site selection.
  • Oversee initial training and ensure that franchisees understand and follow the brand’s operational, sales, and service standards.
  • Brand Promotion and Marketing:
  • Promote the franchise opportunity through various channels.
  • Develop marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and attract potential franchisees.
  • Franchise Support and Relationship Management:
  • Provide ongoing support to franchisees to ensure their operations align with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess franchisee performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Address franchisee concerns and provide strategic solutions.
  • Financial Management:
  • Assist in determining the franchise fee structure, royalty rates, and financial expectations.
  • Ensure franchisee compliance with financial reporting and performance metrics.
  • Compliance and Legal Management:
  • Ensure franchise agreements are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up to date with industry standards, local laws, and regulations affecting the franchise network.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in franchise development or business development, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Strong knowledge of franchise operations, sales strategies, and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Qualifications

  • Franchise Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Business Planning and Franchising experience
  • Training skills in developing and delivering franchise-related programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the Client
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
