Job DescriptionAbout Our OperationsOversee production-related tasks, including planning and process control to meet scheduled goals.Ensure compliance with quality management systems as per cGMP regulations in production areas.Implement processes and procedures for efficient operations.Verify the validation status of injection facilities.Evaluate the effectiveness of standard operating procedures, batch documents, and master production records.Assure that departments comply with cGMP requirements.Coordinate new product transfers and support process validation.Work with QA for self-inspection and audit observation compliance.Improve product yield and productivity.Optimize man and machine utilization while maintaining cGMP document compliance.Prepare and review capital expenditure plans, user requirement specifications, and MIS reports.Ensure initial and ongoing employee training as per schedule.Confirm training matrices and reports for existing and new employees.Schedule equipment validation, device calibration, and maintenance.Plan and implement preventative and predictive maintenance schedules.Supervise subordinates, mentor them, and promote a high-performance culture.Manage administrative functions, recruitment, and new project development.Enhance operational efficiency and cost optimization through system implementation.Collaborate with QA on market-compliant investigations.Ensure safety practices are implemented and followed.Report daily schedules and execution progress to management.Conduct self-inspections and review QMS elements, process documents, and other related activities.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy.Minimum 20 years of experience in sterile manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.BenefitsAs a key member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary, opportunities for growth and professional development, and a dynamic work environment.OthersWe look forward to welcoming you to our organization.
