Facility Operations ManagerThe Facility Operations Manager is a key member of the department responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property.Prioritize facilities needs and work closely with facilities staff to ensure all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.Manage supplies and materials to maintain smooth operations, including vendor management and contract approval.Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, business continuity plans, and health and safety reviews.Conduct routine site rounds and critical area inspections.Track and close tickets within service level agreements (SLA).Update shift-wise maintenance and engineering stock records.Coordinate with local teams and facilities management for daily activities.Prepare material bills of quantity and manage manpower deployments.Maintain inventory and store management, ensuring checklists are updated and facilities are well-maintained.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on energy consumption and data management.Manage weekly and monthly facilities and local liaison management of maintenance (MOM) reports.Maintain administration records, incident reports, and tracker management.Manage technical equipment data sheets, manpower, and vendor scheduling according to the 52-week planned preventative maintenance (PPM) calendar.Provide regular briefings to the M&E team, conduct daily observations, and record closures.Update PPM and service reports, and provide time-to-time updates to the PPM planner.Issue and record work permits, gate passes, and material movements.Supply data and reports to clients as required.Regularly check logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registers.Provide training to the M&E teams and maintain attendance and records.Work flexible shifts, including six days a week.
