Sales Development Representative
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Hyderabad & Mumbai
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (Outbound) to generate a strong pipeline of sales-qualified leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation efforts, developing strategies for qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team by delivering high-quality leads to meet quarterly revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Deliver qualified leads for the sales directors to pursue.
- Develop strategies for generating and qualifying leads.
- Design successful outbound lead generation campaigns.
- Follow up on leads to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Update CRM and report KPIs and sales status to management and the sales team.
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects.
KPIs:
- Number of Discovery meetings per month
- Number of Demos booked per month
- Number of Qualified leads per month
- Number of Closed customers per month
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5 - 8 years of Lead Generation/Sales experience selling to BFSI customers.
- Demonstrated ability to design successful outbound lead generation campaigns and qualify leads.
- Good track record with multi-modal campaigns (Email, cold calling, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Exemplary communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Experience with prospect databases such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc.
- Ability to establish and improve lead generation processes with the ability to drive decisions based on data.
- Ability to extract information and business requirements from prospects.
