Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to manage and execute marketing activities for builder lobby launches. The role involves planning, coordination, and implementation of on-ground marketing campaigns, events, and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities for builder lobby launches.Liaise with builders, channel partners, and internal teams for event setup and execution.Ensure proper branding, visibility, and promotional materials at launch sites.Manage vendor coordination for branding, creatives, and on-ground activations.Track and report campaign performance, footfall, and engagement metrics.Support the sales team with marketing collateral and event promotions.Identify innovative marketing opportunities to increase visibility and customer reach.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or real estate promotions.Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.Flexible to travel and manage on-ground activities.Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage.What We Offer:Exposure to high-value real estate marketing campaigns.Opportunity to work closely with reputed builders and industry leaders.Growth-oriented career path with performance-driven rewards.
