With our scalable and cost effective products and solutions, we are ready help the businesses meet their IT needs.Our Achievements: CMMi Level 5 Company, SAP Gold/Platinum Partner, 13+ Business Location in INDIA + 4 Abroad, ISO Certification, 5000+ clients. 2000+ Headcount, 25+ Awards Role and Responsibilities Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk ManagementGreet and assist visitors/clients professionally.Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.Coordinate courier services—receiving and dispatching.AdministrationMaintain office supplies and ensure timely procurement.Manage meeting rooms—booking, setup, cleanliness.Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.Support HR/admin team with documentation and filing.Maintain employee attendance/leave records (if required).Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repair, housekeeping, etc.Monitor office maintenance (cleanliness, pantry, stationery).Documentation & ReportingMaintain databases and records (contact lists, asset records, etc.).Prepare and maintain admin-related reports.File documents physically and digitally in an organized manner.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred.1–3 years of relevant experience in front desk or administration.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational and multitasking abilities.Pleasant personality with customer service mindset.Ability to handle confidential information.Key CompetenciesExperience in front-office, customer handling, or admin preferred.Knowledge of basic office equipment (printers, EPABX, scanners).Interested candidates may kindly share their resumes at megha.kashyap@uneecops.com
