In this hybrid role, you'll be the go-to recruitment expert embedded within the client's environment, supporting their tech hiring needs from the inside. If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, loves interacting with stakeholders, and can find a backend developer faster than someone can say "Java," we'd love to meet you.Key Responsibilities: • Act as an Onsite Recruitment Partner: Work closely with the client's internal HR and tech teams to understand job requirements and hiring priorities. • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding. • Talent Sourcing: Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels to find and engage top IT talent. • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring alignment on role requirements, timelines, and candidate quality. • Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional experience to candidates through clear communication and timely follow-ups. • Reporting & Metrics: Maintain and share regular updates, dashboards, and reports on recruitment progress with both internal and client teams.Requirements: • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house). • Proven experience sourcing for roles in software development, infrastructure, data, and other IT verticals. • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. • Comfortable working onsite at client offices 2–3 days a week (hybrid model). • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.What You'll Get: • Direct exposure to client-side hiring operations. • Hybrid work flexibility with an engaging, fast-paced setup. • A fun, supportive team that values your input and energy. • Growth opportunities and a chance to shine in front of key decision-makers.BenefitsEmbrace the freedom of working from home Competitive Salary Promising Incentive
