Job Title: Digital Transformation Leader (Telecom)

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Technology Innovation: Lead the adoption of advanced technologies like AI/ML, IoT, 5G, and cloud computing to improve service delivery and foster innovation.
Customer-Centric Transformation: Oversee the creation of personalized, omnichannel digital platforms to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Operational Efficiency: Implement automation and data-driven processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Leadership: Build and mentor cross-functional teams, advocate for a digital-first mindset, and manage organizational change effectively.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to evaluate the impact of digital initiatives on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and revenue growth.

Qualifications:
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of telecom technologies and digital tools like AI/ML, 5G, IoT, and CRM platforms.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to drive large-scale digital transformation, influence stakeholders, and manage cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with agile methodologies and regulatory standards in telecom.
