**Job Title:** Remote Support SpecialistJob Overview:TCS presents an exciting opportunity for a Remote Support Specialist. The role requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to assist users with day-to-day application issues on different operating systems.The ideal candidate will have experience with remote desktop management, application deployment, printer management, antivirus policies, VPN administration, patching concepts, and troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScripts, and Batch Scripts is also desirable.A good understanding of vulnerability management and logical thinking skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will be a team player, able to drive team activities and tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Assist users with day-to-day application issues on different OS platforms using remote desktop management tools.Experience with Application Deployment & Troubleshooting using any Deployment tool.Understanding of Printer troubleshooting.Knowledge of Antivirus policies, remediation, and Vendor Management.Good understanding of VPN concept & troubleshooting.Experience with patch management & patching concept.Desirable Skills:MAC and iPad.Scripting Knowledge: PowerShell Scripts, VBS scripts, Batch Script understanding.This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our organization.
