We’re growing and seeking talented professionals to join our team. Role Overview: We’re hiring for two key roles based in Mumbai: 1. Complex Revenue Manager 2. Revenue Analyst These full-time, remote positions require 3-5 years of experience in revenue management and digital marketing for independent hotels. Candidates should have a strong grasp of PMS, CRS, and RMS systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch, SynXis). Key Responsibilities: Complex Revenue Manager: • Develop and implement pricing strategies for multiple properties to maximize revenue and market share. • Analyze market trends, manage inventory, and adjust distribution channels. • Lead the forecasting process, aligning with property goals and competitive data. • Work closely with property GMs and US-based teams to optimize performance. Complex Revenue Analyst: • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth. • Maintain and update daily pricing, inventory controls, and distribution strategies. • Collaborate on financial reporting and performance analysis. Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience in revenue management for independent hotels. • Proficiency with PMS, CRS, and RMS systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch, SynXis). • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Ability to work remotely in Mumbai, with US hours (EST to PDT).
