Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Regional Key Account Manager - Modern Trade to join our team in Kolkata. This is a senior-level, full-time position that requires 7 to 10 years of work experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving sales strategy within the Modern Trade channel to achieve predefined business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 7 years and maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience in the retail industry, particularly in Modern Trade (Mandatory skill).
- Extensive experience in sales strategy development, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven experience in relationship management, capable of fostering and maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of handling complex negotiations and closing deals successfully.
- Excellent market analysis skills, with the ability to identify market trends and translate these insights into actionable strategies.
- Effective customer retention strategies, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction of key accounts.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, identifying and exploiting new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Proficiency in key account management, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and client retention through personalized service and support.
