Key Responsibilities:


  • Design High-Level Design Documents (HLD), storyboards, and visual con
  • Create scripts and instructional design documents for various content formats.
  • Develop e-learning solutions including interactive elements for diverse learning platforms.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and international clients to deliver high-quality instructional materials.
  • Proficiently designed instructor-led training (ILT) and web-based training (WBT) to align with client specifications.
  • Could you ensure alignment with e-learning standards and best practices for global audiences?


Qualifications:


  • Graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of experience for Senior IDs, and 4 years of experience for other IDs in developing eLearning solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline
  • Ability to develop effective ILTs and WBT storyboards.
  • Strong understanding of e-learning development.
