We are ambitious, we create category leading solutions in our markets, and we are constantly learning, inventing and adapting to stay ahead of our industry’s needs Position Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Tech Pub team . In this role, you will design and develop interactive learning materials and videos to enhance user engagement. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and video creation, with a strong focus on creating multimedia content that meets organizational goals.. Key Responsibilities Design & Develop Learning Materials : Create instructional materials, including storyboards and multimedia content, following company templates and design guidelines. Video Production : Produce engaging and high-quality training and product feature videos using Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and other relevant tools. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts : Partner with internal teams to gather insights, ensure content accuracy, and tailor learning experiences for different audiences. Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough reviews of all learning materials to ensure they meet instructional and branding standards, and that they are engaging, clear, and error-free. Stay Updated on Industry Trends : Keep abreast of the latest instructional design practices, trends in e-learning, and advancements in multimedia tools to continually improve the learning experience. Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and contribute ideas to improve overall team output during team meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, English, Instructional Design, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or multimedia content creation. Proficiency in Adobe Captivate and Camtasia. Knowledge of instructional design theories and best practices. Language Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Skills Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate). Strong video editing skills and knowledge of video production techniques.
