The Category Demand Management (CDM) Manager plays a crucial role in driving demand-side levers.Key Responsibilities:Category & Revenue Performance: Collaborate with Buy Side Managers to co-own category performance metrics across revenue, NMPO, conversion, and stock health.Pricing Strategy Development: Design and execute pricing strategies that optimize competitiveness and margin performance.Conversion & Growth Execution: Own conversion rate improvement across assigned categories through funnel analysis and growth experimentation.Requirements:4+ years' experience in e-commerce, revenue management, or category management, preferably within grocery or retail tech.Strong analytical skills—proficient with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.Deep understanding of pricing dynamics, margin structures, and digital merchandising.This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute pricing strategies, analyze market trends, and optimize conversion rates.
