Telesales Executive - Zoho CRM & MS Office Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive with expertise in Zoho CRM and strong MS Office skills to drive sales growth through proactive outbound calling and effective customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads database Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning Present and promote company products/services to potential clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs Convert leads into sales through persuasive communication Handle customer objections and close sales deals effectively Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking Zoho CRM Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Zoho CRM Log all calls, emails, and interactions in the CRM system Track lead status and update pipeline stages regularly Create and manage tasks, appointments, and follow-up activities Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from Zoho CRM Use CRM analytics to identify trends and opportunities Segment leads based on priority and potential value Ensure data quality and consistency in the CRM database Utilize Zoho CRM workflows and automation features Requirements Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Handle customer inquiries and provide product information Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain regular communication with existing clients for upselling opportunities Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily call reports and activity summaries Create sales presentations and proposals using MS Office Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Excel Generate performance reports and sales forecasts Document customer feedback and market intelligence Prepare meeting agendas and minutes in MS Word Create sales dashboards and visual reports in MS PowerPoint Administrative Tasks Update and maintain lead databases Schedule appointments and demonstrations Coordinate with internal teams for order processing Manage email correspondence professionally Organize and prioritize daily call lists Maintain documentation for compliance and auditing Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Additional certification in sales or CRM is advantageous Experience 1-3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (minimum 6 months) Experience in (specify industry if applicable) sales is preferred Technical Skills Proficient in Zoho CRM: Lead management, pipeline tracking, reporting MS Office Suite: MS Excel: Data entry, Language Skills Fluency in (specify 1 language: English/Hindi/Kannada/Telugu/Tamil / ANY 1 regional language) Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences Professional business communication skills Benefits What We Offer Competitive base salary + attractive incentive structure Performance bonuses and recognition programs Comprehensive training on products and sales techniques Career growth opportunities Professional development and skill enhancement programs (Add specific benefits: health insurance, PF, gratuity, etc.) Supportive and collaborative work environment (Add other company-specific benefits) Work Environment Location: (Specify location) Work Mode: (On-site) Working Hours: (Specify timing, e.g., 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) Working Days: (Monday to Saturday) Office-based role with modern amenities Compensation Base Salary: (Specify range or mention "As per industry standards") Variable Pay: (Specify incentive structure) Total CTC: (Specify or mention "Negotiable based on experience") How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume along with: Cover letter highlighting sales achievements Details of Zoho CRM experience Copy URL to share this job   Job Inbox email ID recruitmail.in
