Specialist Business Intelligence

Job Description We are looking for a talented Power BI Developer to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that convert complex data into meaningful insights. This role requires strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and visualization, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop.Develop robust data models and implement advanced calculations using DAX and Power Query.Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL databases, Excel files, APIs, and cloud services, ensuring high data quality.Perform ETL operations for data transformation and integration.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI features and best practices.Implement row-level security and adhere to data governance standards.Optimize report performance and maintain existing BI solutions.Document development processes, data models, and methodologies for future reference.
