About the Role:

Are you passionate about AI, LLMs, and Generative AI? We are looking for a solution-oriented AI Specialist to transform business operations with innovative AI solutions. This is not a traditional ML engineering role—we are seeking someone who can strategically integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems and deliver real business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Solution Strategy & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities where AI/LLM integration can solve business problems.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies (GPT, Claude, open-source LLMs, agent frameworks).
  • Recommend AI tools and frameworks based on technical and business needs.
  • Design solution architectures integrating AI into enterprise applications.
  • Build business cases and technical proposals for AI initiatives.

Hands-On Development & Integration

  • Build production-ready integrations between enterprise applications and AI/LLM services.
  • Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and middleware for AI features.
  • Implement prompt engineering, RAG systems, and AI agent workflows.
  • Create proof-of-concepts to validate AI use cases.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following enterprise standards.
  • Work with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search implementations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in enterprise software development; 2+ years in AI/LLM integration.
  • Strong Python, Airflow PySpark, API development, Postgres skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models).
  • Understanding of prompt engineering techniques (zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought).
  • Experience with RAG patterns, vector search, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming, SQL/NoSQL, CI/CD, Git, and cloud-native development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and solution-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Terraform, Tekton, Java/Spring Boot.
  • Experience in building AI solutions for enterprise-wide impact.
