Job Title:Cross-Functional Project LeadAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced project lead to oversee the delivery of complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding, excellent leadership skills and hands-on experience managing large cross-functional teams for on-time delivery.Key Responsibilities:Project DeliveryLead and manage large technical & functional teams across multiple projects.Ensure delivery of all modules within committed timelines, quality standards and client expectations.Conduct daily stand-ups, task allocation, sprint planning and workload balancing.Track team performance and ensure accountability across all delivery streams.Requirements Gathering and TranslationUnderstand business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and technical tasks.Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps and client teams for smooth execution.Drive requirement gathering sessions, functional reviews and change management.Monitor risks, blockers and dependencies with proactive resolution.Client ManagementAct as the primary functional point of contact for clients.Present progress updates, demos and delivery milestones.Manage expectations and ensure high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Process Implementation and OptimizationImplement SDLC processes, documentation standards and delivery frameworks.Ensure proper documentation: BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, workflows, test cases etc.Conduct functional testing, UAT coordination and sign-off processes.Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding, excellent leadership skills and hands-on experience managing large cross-functional teams for on-time delivery.Benefits:This role offers the opportunity to work on complex IT projects and contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions.
