Job Title:Senior Motion & Post-Production DirectorAbout the Role:We are seeking an accomplished and hands-on Senior Motion & Post-Production Director to shape and elevate the craft of motion design, CGI, and post-production within a global creative production hub. This role combines creative craftsmanship with technical leadership, ensuring high-end delivery across motion graphics, special effects (SFX), visual effects (VFX), CGI, compositing, animation, color grading, and finishing.This is an opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary team of artists, animators, and editors who bring static campaigns to life — turning creative ideas into cinematic brand experiences for global clients across retail, digital, and life sciences.The ideal candidate will have experience in leading end-to-end motion and post-production pipelines, driving excellence in 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Key Responsibilities:Motion & Post-Production Leadership:Lead the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline, from storyboard to final delivery.Drive excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.Creative & Technical Execution:Be hands-on in motion graphics, VFX, CGI, and color workflows using industry-standard tools.Direct and review the work of designers, compositors, and editors to maintain the studio's creative benchmark.Introduce new motion design techniques, animation trends, and post-production workflows to enhance storytelling.Workflow, Process & Quality Governance:Establish best practices and workflow templates for motion and post projects across short-form, digital, and broadcast media.Define rendering, file-management, and QC standards to ensure delivery consistency.Team Development & Capability Growth:Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of motion designers, compositors, colorists, and editors.Drive internal training on new software, motion trends, and cinematic design principles.Collaboration & Integration:Work closely with regional teams to align motion output with campaign needs and market nuances.Collaborate with the Digital, Print, and Automation teams to ensure seamless integration of motion assets in multi-channel campaigns.Requirements:15+ years of experience in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, and CGI.Deep hands-on proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, or Flame.Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timing.Proven experience leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scale.Benefits:This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team where you can grow your career and make a meaningful impact on our clients' businesses.As a senior leader, you will have the opportunity to influence our creative direction and drive innovation in motion design and post-production.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.About Us:We are a global creative production hub that delivers high-end motion graphics, special effects, visual effects, CGI, compositing, animation, color grading, and finishing services to global clients across retail, digital, and life sciences.We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values creativity, collaboration, and innovation.We believe in empowering our employees to grow their careers and make a meaningful impact on our clients' businesses.
