Job Title: Lead Visual Director for Unreal Engine ProductionsJob Description:As a Lead Visual Director, you will oversee the creative vision and execution of high-quality visual experiences in Unreal Engine, including AAA games and digital-twin productions. Your expertise will guide art teams, set clear standards, and drive consistency across all Unreal Engine content.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a strong creative vision for game and digital-twin experiences, with a focus on Unreal Engine-based production.Ensure exceptional storytelling, visuals, and style, and ensure world-class quality in every project.Lead and mentor art teams to achieve creative goals, setting high standards and driving team performance.Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop workflows that support creative objectives.Oversee final visual quality, including style, tone, lighting, and presentation.Provide direction for large virtual environments and simulation experiences built in Unreal.Required Skills and Qualifications:To excel as our Lead Visual Director, you should possess:10+ years of experience as a Creative Director in gaming or real-time interactive projects.Proven leadership and hands-on experience using Unreal Engine for high-quality productions.Strong artistic foundation (environment, cinematic, or visual design).Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Expert-level command of Unreal Engine 4/5, with strong knowledge of real-time production, cinematics, character tools, and world-building features.Proficiency in major 3D content tools like Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or Houdini, as well as texturing and look development tools such as Substance and Megascans.Skilled in 2D design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.Familiarity with production and collaboration tools such as Perforce/Git, Jira, and other workflow systems.Experience using tools for clothing, vegetation, or real-world capture workflows (e.g., Marvelous Designer, SpeedTree, photogrammetry tools).Preferred Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have:Experience building large, open, or real-world environments in Unreal Engine.Familiarity with digital-twin concepts or real-world data integration.Interest in next-gen visuals and immersive worldbuilding.
