Learn more about our leadership and culture on our media and social channels.Position OverviewAs a Pentesting leader, you will be responsible for  leading and mentoring a team of penetration testers, ensuring effective project delivery, and driving the development of new security methodologies and tools . This hands-on leadership role blends technical expertise, project management skills, and a keen focus on evolving threat landscapes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and mentor a team of penetration testers on engagements across Web, Network, Cloud, API, and Mobile security domains.​Oversee end-to-end delivery of penetration testing projects: scoping, execution, reporting, and debriefs.Review and validate technical findings, exploitation strategies, and recommendations submitted by the team.Develop and standardize internal testing methodologies, frameworks, and custom tools (with preference for Python, AI, and ML-driven automation).Ensure high performance and continuous growth within the team, fostering a culture of research, learning, and technical excellence.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define testing objectives, communicate findings, and deliver impactful remediation guidance.​Present findings and recommendations to technical and executive audiences.Drive thought leadership through blog posts, talks, training, and contributions to research or bug bounty programs.Keep the team updated on emerging threats and security trends; encourage professional development and certifications.RequirementsBIG 4 experience highly advantageous.Proven expertise in penetration testing across multiple verticals (Web, API, Network, Cloud, Mobile), with hands-on tool development and exploitation skills.Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring pentesting teams.Track record of security research, public blogs, bug bounty activity, or tool publishing.Up-to-date knowledge of the latest attack techniques, security trends, and industry frameworks.Exceptional communication skills, able to translate assessments and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Based in India and able to work without additional sponsorship or visa requirements.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced certifications: OSCP, OSCE, GXPN, CEH, or similar.10+ years of penetration testing experience, with at least 1+ year in a lead/management role.​Experience with delivering or developing training, conference presentations, or industry research.Frontending experience with clients and external stakeholder management skill.Project management experience.BenefitsFlexible working hours and competitive compensation.Join a global company with a diverse team and a high-performance, growth-centric culture.Opportunity to influence the future of cybersecurity and work alongside international experts.Strong career prospects in a rapidly expanding scaleup.Working under the able leadership, and peer Delivery Leads & pentesters
