You will be amazed to be a part of our growth story - Key roles and responsibilities Initial Consultation: Meet with clients or event stakeholders to understand their goals, budget, and vision for the event. Budget Management: Create and manage a budget for the event, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and kept within budget constraints. Venue Selection: Identify and secure an appropriate venue for the event, considering factors like location, capacity, accessibility, and cost. Vendor Coordination: Hire and manage vendors such as caterers, decorators, audio-visual teams, and entertainment providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure all vendors deliver as per agreements. Event Design and Planning: Develop a detailed event plan, including timelines, schedules, and logistics. This may include designing the event layout, selecting themes, and coordinating branding and marketing efforts. Registration and Ticketing: If applicable, set up registration systems and ticketing platforms, and manage attendee registration and ticket sales. Logistics Management: Oversee all logistical aspects of the event, including transportation, accommodation, signage, and technical equipment. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, ensuring the event proceeds smoothly even in unforeseen circumstances. Marketing and Promotion: Develop a marketing strategy to promote the event, which may include digital marketing, social media campaigns, email marketing, and traditional advertising. On-Site Management: Be present on the day of the event to oversee all operations, manage staff and volunteers, handle emergencies, and ensure everything goes according to plan. Attendee Experience: Ensure that attendees have a positive and enjoyable experience by addressing their needs and concerns during the event. Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports detailing the event's expenses, revenues, and profitability. Other qualifications People oriented and good team player Sound knowledge and experience of working with food partners Results Oriented, be accountable and hold accountable Proven experience in managing in a similar environment Excellent process and product knowledge Self-motivated, agile and ability to adapt to a changing environment Graduate/Diploma in food and beverages, hospitality, hotel background Knowledge of local language is mandatory.
