The role also involves coordinating with international clients and partners to ensure transparency, quality, and timely delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing CPL campaigns across global affiliate and direct advertiser networksMonitor lead quality, volume, and cost efficiency across international geographiesCoordinate with internal teams for tracking setup, reporting, and campaign deliveryAnalyze campaign performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunitiesResearch and onboard new publishers, affiliates, and traffic sources for lead generationEnsure compliance, quality control, and performance consistency across all campaignsRequirementsBachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)Strong analytical and communication skillsBasic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROI, etc.)Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and campaign performance dashboardsPassion for performance marketing and data-driven decision makingFresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to applyTo Apply:Send your CVand a brief introduction towith the subject line "Application – CPL Manager Internship (International)"
