Code Quality AssociateRole SummaryAs a Code Quality Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of code submissions from trainees. This is a fully remote position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while collaborating with a dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate trainee code submissions and provide actionable feedback to ensure production-level quality.Assess and correct assignments to ensure alignment with program goals and technical standards.Monitor trainee performance and provide targeted feedback to support growth and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to plan review priorities and discuss trainee progress.Maintain Git repositories and ensure version control integrity.Assist in verifying and improving course materials and technical content.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.Experience: 2–3 years in software development or quality assurance.Skills: Strong attention to detail, commitment to coding standards (security, performance, readability), and ability to deliver tactful, educational feedback.Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.Experience with AI-powered code review tools and automated quality tools (linters, static analyzers).Ability to troubleshoot code across diverse stacks (Full Stack, Data, DevOps).Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.What We OfferThis role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of our trainees' technical skills in a fully remote setting.
