Workday Integration SpecialistAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Workday integration specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and testing integrations between Workday HCM and other applications.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering future-ready Workday solutions that help organizations optimize their HR functions and enhance the employee experience.The specialist will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems related to integrating Workday cloud applications with external systems across various HR functions.Key Responsibilities:The specialist will develop and support testing of Workday integration code base, including Studio, EIB, CCW, PECI, PICOF, and supporting 3rd party coding.They will timely identify and escalate risks and develop alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary.Required Skills & Experience:The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years' experience in Workday implementation/configuration support.They will have hands-on experience configuring Workday general HCM, business process framework, and reporting.Experience with Workday functional areas outside of Core HCM, i.e., Learning, Benefits, and Compensation is highly desirable.Benefits:This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic work environment.The successful candidate will have access to cutting-edge technology and tools to deliver innovative solutions.Our team is collaborative and supportive, providing a great work-life balance.
