Workday Consultant

Open Positions: 1We at Engineering Industries Excellence are seeking a skilled and certified Workday Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core HCM and Talent modules, with broader experience across other HR processes. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:Lead and contribute to all phases of Workday implementation projects:Analysis and designConfiguration and customizationTesting and bug resolutionUser training and supportCutover planning and deploymentPost go-live supportConfigure Workday for various HR processesBuild and manage custom and standard Workday reportsWork independently as an Individual Contributor while collaborating with cross-functional teamsAct as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfactionProvide functional and technical guidance on best practices and solution architectureRequired Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 4 years of experience working on Workday HCM projectsAt least 1 full-cycle Workday implementation as a functional consultantWorkday certification in at least one module (HCM or related HR modules)Strong experience in:Core HCMTalent ManagementGood exposure to other modules like Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Reporting, Integrations is preferredProven ability to manage end-to-end configuration and testingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent English communication skills – both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionMust be able to work in Central European Time (CET) zonePreferred Qualifications:Multiple Workday module certificationsPrior experience in a client-facing roleConsulting experience with global clients#LiRemote
