Job DescriptionAs a Senior SaaS Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives through the successful implementation of our software solutions.Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scope out projects and provide effort estimations and timelines.Leading discovery calls with customers to understand their needs and develop effective project plans.Partnering with customer success managers to ensure successful delivery by leading technical project activities, including solution architecture design.Serving as a solution architect on moderate to complex projects requiring integration with multiple products.Requirements:Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably from a consulting organization.At least 4 years of experience conceptualizing, designing, and deploying solutions for SaaS-based organizations.Excellent client/stakeholder management skills and strong communication abilities.Ability to deliver under stressful conditions and interpret functional specifications to translate them into technical configurations.Hands-on experience configuring SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Netomi, HubSpot, Workday, or ServiceNow).Basic proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js for customization or integration scripting.
