About the RoleAs a seasoned software engineer, you will design and develop high-quality backend applications for our customers worldwide. Your expertise in Python and MySQL will be instrumental in building scalable solutions that meet our business needs.Create and maintain robust backend systems hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet our customer's expectations.Develop and optimize code to ensure performance and reliability.Identify and resolve programming bugs and performance bottlenecks.This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively. You should have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and CI/CD practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).5+ years of experience in backend development, particularly with web and mobile applications.Strong expertise in Python and MySQL, with proven experience building scalable applications.Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.Solid understanding of ML fundamentals and Building APIs/services to serve ML models.About UsWe are a fast-growing startup headquartered in San Francisco, CA, USA in the heart of Silicon Valley.
