Backend Developer JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and efficient server-side applications.You will work closely with the development team to identify and prioritize project requirements, design solutions, and implement features using various technologies such as C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server, and IIS.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with others.This is a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects, learn from experienced professionals, and grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Framework.Write high-quality code using SOLID principles, clean architecture, and unit/integration tests.Model data, write performant T-SQL queries, and optimize database performance.Build background jobs, health endpoints, and observability features using Quartz.NET and other tools.Secure APIs using OAuth/JWT, handle config/secrets, and harden IIS.Diagnose production issues, drive RCAs, and improve overall system reliability.Collaborate with team members via PRs, code reviews, and refactoring.Requirements:8+ years of experience in backend engineering with .NET Framework 4.x; deep knowledge of ASP.NET Web API.Strong understanding of SQL Server/T-SQL (stored procedures, indexing, isolation levels, deadlock analysis).Solid understanding of async/concurrency, collections, memory/perf tuning in C#.IIS + Windows Server deployment experience; Git; CI/CD; automated testing.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Dynamic and supportive work environment.Collaborative team culture.
