Job Title: IT Recruiter (Internal Hiring)Location: HyderabadExperience: 3 6 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our internal recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for Oracle-based technical roles. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal technical positions.Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, especially for Oracle Based Requirements.Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with panel members.Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports in the ATS or internal tracker.Work closely with delivery and project teams to understand resource requirements.Negotiate salary, notice period, and offer management.Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.Required Skills & Experience:3 to 6 years of IT recruitment experience (internal or consultancy).Strong understanding of Oracle, and related technology skillsets.Proven ability to manage multiple open positions and deliver within timelines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of recruitment tools and portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
