The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing IT consultants and working with various visa types including OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC.Responsibilities:- Market consultants through various channels like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.- Build strong relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and clients- Negotiate rates and close positions efficiently- Maintain an active pipeline of consultants and ensure regular follow-ups- Update and maintain submission trackers and consultant databasesRequirements:- 7-10 years of experience in bench sales or IT recruitment- Strong understanding of US staffing and visa types- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
